20+7 effing years.
so last night i took a look around.
you know, when i was a girl, i never though about “by 27 i will be married with kids.”.
that was never a motivator.
however i did say things like “by 27 i will own my own company.”
and i do. a quaint little marketing business with my buddy in lansing.
a quaint little house.
an adorable little dog.
several cool mopeds.
a quaint little car.
i’ve traveled the world.
seen things in the US i would only imagine to be in movies.
ya know- every year until now i have freaked out a little bit on my birthday, realizing how fast time is going by and how little i feel i have accomplished.
but right now?
i’m good.
of course there is a lot more to do and a lot more to see and a lot more to accomplish, but i’ll get there.
i think this ship is right on course.
